Our Story

Two names, one mission:

Jules & Latas was born from a simple frustration — most cafés either nail the coffee or nail the atmosphere, but rarely both. We wanted a place where the espresso is as thoughtfully pulled as the conversation around you.

We opened our doors on Wallisville Road with a commitment to real ingredients, real relationships with local roasters, and a space that works as hard for a quiet morning as it does for a Friday night with friends. By day, we're your neighborhood coffee shop. By night, the counter transforms and the cocktails come out.

Jules & Latas has become our favorite spot in the neighborhood. The coffee is genuinely excellent, the space feels like it was made for people, and the staff treats you like you've known them forever. We come for the espresso in the morning and stay for the conversation — sometimes both at once.
